- The Wanchai Ferry Money Back Guarantee offer is only open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents. Employees and their families of General Mills, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not allowed to participate.
- Should you not be satisfied with a Wanchai Ferry food kit, please send your original highlighted till receipt showing purchase of a Wanchai Ferry food kit within the promotional period of 24th August 2009 to 30th April 2011, together with your name & address, telling us why you were not satisfied with your purchase of Wanchai Ferry in as much detail as possible (more than 15 words) to:

We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect abuse of our Money Back Guarantee offer.
- To take advantage of the Money Back Guarantee, the last day for receipt of claims is 13th May 2011.
- The offer is limited to one refund against a single product per household. The refund will be made to the value of the product shown on the till receipt to a maximum of £3.49[RRP] in the UK or €4.69[RRP] in the Republic of Ireland. No refund will be given for any postal fees incurred. Cheques will be made payable to the name shown on the claim.
- These terms and conditions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Please allow 28 days for receipt of refund.
